Crimson Crier: Why did you choose to run for SGA Chairperson this year?
Myles Gollop: I have seen behind the scenes some issues I think would be the first things I hope to improve as SGA Chairperson. Not being on SGA in the past gives me a different perspective and I hope to implement new ideas and the best way I thought to do this was run for chairperson.

Gollop: I believe that students should vote for me because of my new and innovative ideas, especially during the pandemic I think we should have outside events. I feel we could improve pep rallies and possibly start having basketball pep rallies. Under me as your SGA chairperson, I will strive to bring unity among students and the SGA board.
CC: Why do you think it is important for students to vote in the SGA election?
Gollop: I think students should vote because it impacts them more than they could ever know. From events to representation the chairperson makes decisions that impact daily student life. It is important to know your candidates and make sure they will represent you to the best of their abilities, and I think I am the best person for the job.
