Generation iphone

Technology is booming! It has given “generation smartphone” a way to stay in constant contact with peers and the world. And it is all in the palms of our hands, but that is just the problem. The easy-access devices have tampered with social skills, making a good portion of us introverts who would rather befriend technology instead of a human being.
Although technology has made life significantly easier compared to our originators, it seems that it has made us “lazy” and “selfish”. We only care about ourselves because the most important thing is not what is seen in everyday life but what is seen on battery powered screens. It is funny how a children’s film, “Wall-E”, is a good portrayer of what our world will look like in 2805 – obese and apparatus dependent.
Our world has become increasingly untrustworthy. Yes, technology is a great way to stay in can contact but these digital appliances can easily be hacked. But we have got to admit, everything is so much easier to retrieve if it is all in one place. Storage systems such as iCloud, Google Drive, SD cards and flash drives are online and portable are owned by the average American. Technology is used daily and is a necessity in our lives.
The dilemma is that technology has been taken advantage of and has now become “gadgets”. It all starts and ends with the reliable and pleasing Apple technology- the iPod and its series, the iPhone 3, 4, 4s, 5, 5s, 5c, 6 and 6 plus. “Generation Technology” should be renamed “Generation I” because we are so selfish that even our devices say it in their names. These devices were made to separate and make everything isolated for a singular person.
What is a cellular device going to do for us? Nothing, so maybe we should unplug and do more recreational activities that disconnect us from the world.
