New Star Wars film brings joy to its watchers

The battle between the light and dark side did not end with the defeat of Emperor Palpatine. A new threat, The First Order, has brought a new threat the galaxy.

  Both The First order and a group of rebels known as The Resistance are searching desperately for one thing in particular, a map that leads to the last living jedi in all the galaxy, Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill). We learn towards the beginning of the picture that the missing map lies with the droid BB-8, given to him by his, master, a resistance pilot named Poe Dameron(Oscar Isaac).

 With the help of a Former storm trooper, Finn (John Boyega) and scavenger Rey (Daisy Ridley), BB-8 travels across the galaxy to complete their mission of giving the map to the Resistance. Along the way, we see a reappearance of beloved characters from the original series such as Hans Solo (Harrison Ford) and Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew).

  This first movie of three was a test to see if Disney could make this film as brilliantly as George Lucas, and they passed with flying colors. The films starts with suspense and actions and delivers it all throughout the film.

 Along with action, raw emotion follows. though it is not prevalent throughout the movie, it is unmistakably present in certain scenes of the film.

  With twists throughout and one gut wrenching death,The Force Awakens surpassed expectations and left us eagerly awaiting for second film in the trilogy.
